Be a weapon-wielding animal in this open-world

Vulpine is an open-world exploration game where you get to be a wandering animal. In this action-adventure from Clockwork Giant Games, you roam around a scenic world as you collect better items and fight bigger animals while using weapons as humans would. You can even play solo or with friends in an epic adventure.

Simply put, Vulpine is a cuter version of Monster Hunter: World. Even its use of low-poly graphics, in stunning high-resolution, works to bring vibrancy and life to the game. It also has smooth animations and a lot of content to enjoy.

A smooth mix of action, fantasy, and humor

In Vulpine, you get to roam a fantasy world where wildlife has taken charge. Most of them walk on all fours yet they talk and interact like humans, humor included. For example, you get to meet dogs for all of your armory needs–and they’re called the Barksmith. However, not all are cordial with you as some of them are monsters–oversized, low-poly versions of different animals–that drop resources when defeated.

Of course, the game offers different characters for you to play. You can be a fox, rabbit, bear, fennec, rhino, and more. Additionally, each of them has different strengths and weaknesses for different play styles. One fun feature that makes it exciting to experiment, is that they handle their weapons like actual animals. For example, the fox carries weapons by biting them. This attempt at realism creates fun action animations.

This game is far from easy despite it’s cute and colorful low-poly graphics. The enemies only get harder and harder as it progresses. Although it rewards you with rarer materials, the game can get really grindy. Additionally, the game has complex features that require a steep learning curve. If you’re looking for casual games, then this might not fit the bill as it will require a lot of gaming hours.

An addictive adventure

Vulpine has what it takes to cater to a wide range of players. It works whether you’re in for some serious grinding, or if you just want to roam around and appreciate its colorful low-poly world. It has enough action, adventure, fantasy, and humor to keep players engaged for hours. However, to make the most out of it, it takes time and skill despite its supposedly easy and gleeful world.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
